Founder, Hope Wilson Education
Licensed at just 17 years old in 1989, Hope Wilson began her career with an early commitment to mastery and leadership. By 1991, she joined the prestigious Paul Mitchell education program — a path that would shape her global impact in the beauty industry.
Hope went on to become an International Trainer and Platform Artist, developing and implementing training programs for the National Education Team in her region. Her influence expanded worldwide as she launched education initiatives in Costa Rica and Australia and introduced Paul Mitchell Hair Color into India.
Through extensive travel across Asia, Europe, and North America, Hope has trained thousands of hairdressers, equipping them with technical excellence, confidence, and business acumen.
As a session stylist, her artistry has been featured internationally, including a magazine cover in Italy.
Now in her 26th year as a salon owner and working stylist, Hope continues to lead from behind the chair — blending real-world salon experience with global education expertise.
Her career includes numerous awards for excellence in hairdressing, including a prestigious People’s Choice Award within the Paul Mitchell Global Education program.
Recognized as an industry authority and retained as an expert witness in beauty industry litigation, providing professional testimony and consultation on cosmetology standards, salon practices, and professional liability.
Hope Wilson has trained stylists around the world — but her heart is building the next generation. Hope understands both foundational training and real salon demands.
Through Hope Wilson Education, she now builds the bridge between cosmetology school and confident, income-producing salon careers — equipping new stylists with technical precision, business strategy, and the professional mindset required to succeed.
